Carlos Lopez, Head of Clinical Negligence at Express Solicitors and our clinical negligence team have brought justice to a Manchester family after a nine-year legal fight.
Emma Latham’s husband Steven was 43 when he collapsed at an airshow in 2013, and despite ringing 999, it took 40 minutes for an ambulance to arrive and he tragically died at the scene. Emma has since developed MS.
“I would like to say thank you for all the support I have been given over the last 10 years as I don’t think I could have gone through such a hard process without the support I was given during the court case, nothing was too much trouble, I was always given great advice and supported when needed.” – Emma Latham
