Susan’s Story
Susan was enjoying a day out with friends, cycling along the Trans Pennine Trail, when suddenly a taxi pulled out in front of her. Unable to avoid the collision, she struck the car’s bonnet and fell heavily onto the ground. She suffered significant injuries, including a fractured knee and a bruised hip.
Susan said, “Luckily, I didn’t need an operation, but I was off work for 10 weeks altogether.”
