Billy Mollart is a Trainee Solicitor here at Express. He joined Express in July 2024 as a Litigation Assistant after graduating from Liverpool John Moores University in July 2023 with a First Class Honours in his LLB (Hons) Law Degree. He then went on to complete the Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, graduating in 2024 with a Distinction. He recently started his Training Contract here at Express and is due to qualify as a Solicitor in January 2027.
Billy has his own caseload and also assists both Max Cosstick, Associate, and Carlos Lopez, Partner with their caseloads. Billy prides himself on his ability to make clients feel at ease and help them understand the procedures and the next steps within their claim. A client whose case Billy recently assisted Max Cosstick with at trial described him as: “a wonderful helpful young man who is a credit to Express,” which evidences his professionalism and ability to ensure excellent client care.
