Melissa Menelaou is a Solicitor in the Employer’s Liability department. Melissa graduated from the University of Reading in 2020 with a Bachelor of Laws – LLB Law and completed her LPC and LLM at the University of Law in 2021. Melissa joined the team at Express immediately after completing her studies.
What Melissa enjoys the most about her role at Express Solicitors is that each day is different and you can learn something new every single day. Each day has new challenges to overcome and that’s what keeps her motivated.
Melissa explained that each client is different with their own personality and levels of understanding therefore she always tries to make sure that clients understand at what stage their claim is and what the next steps will be without any legal jargon. Melissa said that although she might feel a bit frustrated at times, she knows that she can seek assistance from her team at any time.
