More about Amy Heath
Amy Heath joined Express Solicitors in September 2020 as a Senior Litigation Executive, and has progressed to now be an Associate.
When asked what she likes best, Amy said ‘’I find the work to be thoroughly rewarding. Personally, there is a huge amount of satisfaction from seeing a client’s case through to an end result, either through satisfactory settlement or victory in court. I am passionate about achieving the best outcome for each client and strive to obtain redress for the people who have suffered injuries through no fault of their own.
‘’I currently specialise in Employer’s Liability claims at Express. However, my previous experience in the industry has been a variety of Claimant fast track personal injury cases including public liability, accidents at work, civil assaults, and road traffic accidents. I have dealt with such cases from instruction through to conclusion either through settlement or litigated to trial. I have always represented individuals, the injured party’’.
