Chris Owen is a Chartered Legal Executive in the Occupier’s and Public Liability Department. Chris became a Fellow member of CILEx in May 2022 and joined Express Solicitors in January 2024.
In his previous roles, Chris has assisted clients with a range of different matters from Police Officers in training exercises to criminal injuries and even a hot air balloon incident. Throughout this he has achieved some great results including six-figure damages payments.
Chris works hard to establish a strong relationship with his clients and keep them well informed.
In his spare time, Chris is a keen sportsman, particularly enjoying playing Rugby Union semi-professionally.
