Katrina Esposito -Maffei joined Express Solicitors in January 2024 as an Associate Solicitor, joining our Occupiers and Public Liability Department.
Katrina brings with her a wealth of experience, having spent more than 20 years specialising exclusively in personal injury law. During this time she has dealt all types of personal injury claims, including road traffic accidents, work accidents, cosmetic and dental negligence claims, and public liability accidents. These have often been of high value in nature, or have had features of complexity such as multiple defendants.
Katrina prides herself on providing excellent client service, with a straight-forward, down-to-earth manner. Obtaining the best possible outcome for her clients is something that Katrina strives for in every case, together with keeping her clients fully informed and advised throughout the claims process.
Katrina has achieved a high level of client praise and feedback throughout her career which not only demonstrates her approachability and empathetic nature, but also demonstrates the high level of satisfaction in relation to the outcomes achieved.
Outside of work, Katrina has previously ran the London Marathon for charity and various half marathons including the Great North Run. Katrina has also recently completed the 50k Action Challenge Walk through the Peak District completing the challenge in just over 11 hours. Katrina loves to cook, particularly embracing her Italian heritage with her own pasta making machine.
