Neil Sagar is a Senior Associate Solicitor within the Employer’s Liability Claims Department. He graduated from the University of Liverpool with a degree in Law & Business in 2010 before completing the remaining compulsory Law modules part time at the University of Law, Manchester in 2011.
He originally joined Express Solicitors in 2011 and completed his LPC at the University of Law,Manchester in 2014 whilst working and studying part time. He initially was a member of the Road Traffic Accidents Team and ran his own case load. He completed his training contract and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2016.
Neil then joined Co-op Legal Services in November 2017 where he gained experience working with all types of PI cases including Employers Liability Claims, Public Liability Claims, Occupiers Liability Claims, Product Liability Claims, Dog bite cases, Holiday Claims and Defective Premises claims.
Neil returned to Express Solicitors in March 2021 to deal solely with Employers Liability Claims. Neil deals with both fast track and multi-track claims and prides himself on providing excellent client service, communication skills and pushing along his cases in the most efficient manner ensuring the best possible outcome for his client’s.
