Nick Cowley is an Associate Solicitor in the Employers Liability claims department at Express Solicitors, having joined the firm in June 2022.
Prior to joining Express Nick has worked exclusively for Claimants for over 10 years across all areas of personal injury and qualified as a Solicitor during this period.
Nick initially began his career dealing with road traffic accident claims before moving on to specialise in Employers Liability, Occupier’s Liability, Public Liability and Product Liability.
Nick has gained extensive exposure to different types of accidents and injuries of varying significance during his career to date which allows him to confidently advise his Clients. Nick’s previous settlements include figures in excess of £100,000.
When asked what he enjoys most about his work Nick responded “No two claims or Claimants are the same. I enjoy assessing and advising a Client on their claims specifics whilst also building a strong rapport between Solicitor and Client for the lifetime of their matter. The aim and focus being to assist the Client in their recovery from injury in the best manner possible.”
