Collette McCann is an Partner in the Road Traffic Accident department. Collette has worked in personal injury litigation for 22 years, qualifying as a solicitor in 2004 and specialises in both high and low value Multi Track cases. She has a wealth of experience in representing seriously injured clients including those who have suffered multiple injuries, traumatic brain injury, serious fractures, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, severe scarring and significant psychiatric injury.

Collette has a keen understanding of how serious injuries can impact a Claimant and their family and what is needed from the start of the claim to settlement and beyond. She works diligently to make the process of accessing the required treatment and claiming compensation run as smoothly as possible.
