Craig Bibby is a Partner who joined us 14th December 2020.

When asked what he likes most about his job, Craig said he enjoys getting a positive result for client regardless of complexity and the size of the opponent. He also enjoys working in a team that is passionate, professional, dedicated and determined in pursuing clients claims.

Craig specialises in Employers Liability Claims and when asked why is he the best at what he does, he replied “I have exclusively represented Claimants for over 30 years and have built up a plethora of experience dealing with a variety of claims including road traffic accidents, public liability claims, employers liability, product liability and accidents abroad. I have worked with numerous experts and barristers and have taken many cases successfully to Trial building up significant experience.”

Craig qualified as a Solicitor in 2005, which he achieved over a period of 10 years whilst working as a Claimant specialist and completing his studies at college at night. An achievement during this time is that he settled a claim for a client who had suffered a traumatic below knee amputation for just under a million pounds within 2 years and seeing the damages used to help the client get his life back together.
