More about Rachel Eardley

Rachel Eardley is a Trainee Solicitor within the Employer’s Liability department. Rachel graduated from the University of Staffordshire in 2015 with a LLB in Law and completed her LPC and LLM at the University of Staffordshire in 2018.

Rachel re-joined the team at Express as a Trainee Solicitor in January 2025, having previously been with us as a Litigation Executive in 2024.  Rachel has over 6 years’ experience of managing personal injury claims. Rachel is due to qualify as a solicitor in April 2026.

When asked what is important to Rachel, she said: “It is important to me that all clients should be treated with individuality and empathy. Litigation can be a stressful experience at the best of times and it’s important to me that all my clients are updated on all aspects of their claim without any legal jargon or complex terminology. My clients would describe me as friendly, approachable and professional.”

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, friends and two dogs. Rachel also enjoys history, especially of the Victorian era and enjoys baking, cooking and renovating her home.
