More about Sapna Bedi
Sapna is an Associate Solicitor within the Employer’s Liability claims Department. She graduated with a degree in Biology from the University of Leeds before completing the GDL and LPC at the College of Law in Chester.
Sapna originally joined Express Solicitors in 2009, completing her training contract, and qualifying as a Solicitor with the firm in 2013. She assisted senior lawyers on complex, high value claims as well as running her own caseload.
On relocating to Nottingham, Sapna joined a national trade union firm representing members affected by workplace injury, in 2015. Thereafter she worked in a Defendant role investigating suspected motor fraud, from opportunistic low velocity impact claims to exaggerated and ringed fraud operations.
Sapna has a meticulous eye for detail and strong analytical and time management skills. This, coupled with her personable approach, allows her to work efficiently and to a high standard whilst meeting the demands of both fast and multi-track litigated claims. Having both Claimant and Defendant experience she can adopt a pragmatic approach whilst achieving the best result for her clients.
Outside of work, Sapna enjoys spending time outdoors with her young family keeping fit with yoga and running and enjoying a range of culinary cuisines.
