Simran Sathi is an Associate Solicitor in the Employers Liability department. Simran graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with a degree in Law and Human Rights, before completing the LPC in Manchester.
Having initially joined the firm in August 2013, Simran was promoted to the Employers Liability department where he completed his training before qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2017.
Simran specialises predominantly in Accidents at Work/ Industrial Disease type claims but also has experience in Occupiers and Public Liability claims and has dealt with cases involving Cosmetic/Clinical Negligence.
Simran is a thorough and detailed Solicitor and has strong analytical skills. This enables him to identify issues in respect of both the Claimant’s and Defendant’s case, with no stone being left unturned. Simran has handled both Fast Track and Multi Track cases and has brought hundreds of claims to a successful conclusion. Simran successfully secured a six-figure settlement for a client who suffered a psychiatric injury, following her being held hostage at work.
Simran prides himself on his excellent communication skills, he is approachable, empathetic and takes a personable approach when running his cases. He understands that for many clients, making a claim can be a new and daunting process and in order for the case to run smoothly he ensures that his clients are kept updated, are fully aware of the next steps in relation to their claim and what is required to successfully progress the matter.
