In November, we’re going to give a one-off payment equivalent to one week’s basic pay in a bid to ease the cost of living crisis. Chief Executive James Maxey explains: “This is to recognise the value of our fantastic people, to go some way towards helping with the sharp cost of living rises this year, caused by factors outside of our control.”
