On his way to a hospital appointment, Brian was involved in an accident caused by a negligent taxi driver. Distracted by his phone, the driver failed to navigate a blocked-off area and collided with another car.
As a passenger in the taxi, Brian suffered neck and shoulder injuries in the crash. Since then, he has experienced headaches and psychological trauma, resulting in travel anxiety, which has significantly impacted his life as he relies on taxis for transport.
