Stephen’s Story

Stephen, an HGV driver, fell 9 ft from the back of a trailer after not being able to see the edge due to poor lighting. He hit the ground and sustained multiple injuries to his ribs, chest, elbow, shoulder and most notably, a brain injury. He feared for his livelihood.

“Being an HGV driver, when it’s taken away from us, it’s an awful situation to be in. I really went for the compensation to just give us back what I had lost.”

Stephen nearly gave up hope on ever getting compensation until he contacted Express and spoke to Robert Weeden, Principal Partner.
